Refund and Returns Policy

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund for Made to Order and Pre-Order products.

Overview

We can make half sizes and wide fit on order.

Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your product delivered, we can’t offer you a  exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges will only be offered, at the current retail price, for products in perfect condition, with the original packaging, for non-discontinued lines.

Any goods that are returned outside of the Exchange period, damaged or worn will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds


Made to order shoes and Custom Sizes are not eligible for a refund. You can only exchange the shoes for an alternate size in the same style

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or the size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return them and make them in the correct size and make sure you are comfortable in your www.koblur.com . We can make half sizes and wide fit on order. The original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied. Free exchanges are offered if merchandise is unworn and brand new.

Only one free exchange per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn’t fit you either, the shipping cost for a second exchange is then paid by the customer.

Shipping returns

To return your product, support team of www.koblur.com will mail you the details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your amount.

It is very important that customers take note of the fact that they are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Koblur cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. And Koblur will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning your product, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
